The AAAM Automotive Forum together with the Automotive Tradeshow hosted by the South African Government and the province of KwaZulu-Natal and organized by African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) in collaboration with the African Union and the AfCFTA - African Continental Free Trade Area Secretariat and AAAM - African Association of Automotive Manufacturers are aiming to connect global buyers and sellers. They create a platform to meet, trade and seek opportunities in the African automotive sector.
The AAAM Automotive Forum provides an exciting program covering key topics to promote and enable the automotive industry through presentations, case studies and workshops.

The EU has launched the largest Research and Innovation program in the world, Horizon Europe with a budget of €95.5 billion over seven years. The first Work Programme, which was approved recently and which covers 2021-2022, includes a separate Africa initiative with a total budget of more than € 350 million.
NABA, in cooperation with our member the Research Council of Norway, are inviting members to an information session on Horizon Europe's Africa Initiative on 15 September 2021. Nordic-African Business Summit 2021
The Nordic-African Business Summit is co-hosted by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Norfund.
For the first time in the Summit history, NABA will convene in four cities on the 30th of September: Lagos, Harare, Nairobi and Oslo. The Mayor of Oslo is also inviting participants to a reception in the Oslo City Hall on the 29th of September. This year’s Summit is by invitation only to NABA's members and partners.
IAA Mobility meets Africa: “Moving Africa – Future Markets for OEMs and Suppliers” (Online Event)
The mobility and technology sectors will meet for the first IAA in Munich from September 7 to 12, 2021. A new venue and a new concept: the IAA 2021 will become an exhibition, a forward-looking mobility platform and a dialog forum all at the same time. Afrika will be part of it, represented by a high-level Africa-event and an information booth by VDAs Partnership-Project with the panafrican Automotive Association AAAM.
