The GHA – German Health Alliance plans together with the Africa Association a delegation trip to Nairobi on the occasion of Regional Meetings of the World Health Summitthat from 26-30 April 2026 will be held.
In addition to participating in the Regional Meeting, the delegation can expect a diverse program of activities that will provide insight into the Kenyan healthcare system and opportunities to exchange ideas with relevant local stakeholders. Planned activities include a visit to a primary healthcare facility in Nairobi , discussions with representatives of the Kenyan Ministry of Health , and meetings with key institutions such as the Kenya Medical Supplies Authority (KEMSA) . Furthermore, meetings with NGOs , a possible hospital visit , and networking opportunities – such as a German Business Network Breakfast – are planned.
This trip is aimed at participants interested in both the WHS Regional Meeting and targeted technical discussions and company visits . Part of the program will be flexible to accommodate the delegation's interests. Individual arrival is scheduled for April 25th; departure will be on the evening of April 30th.
Participation fee
The participation fee is:
- 650 € for members of the GHA and the Africa Association
- 780 € for non-members
- 450 € for NGOs
(each plus VAT)
The participation fee includes:
- Organization and support of the delegation
- Common program items
The following are not included in the participation fee:
- Travel and accommodation costs
- Individual registration for the WHS Regional Meeting
Terms and Conditions
The delegation trip will take place starting from a Minimum number of 10 people instead.
