The Luanda Financing Summit for Africa's Infrastructure Development is a premier gathering hosted under the patronage of H.E. President João Lourenço of Angola, in collaboration with the African Union Development Agency-NEPAD (AUDA-NEPAD) and the African Union Commission (AUC). Scheduled for 28–31 October 2025 at the Marginal de Luanda (next to the Port of Luanda), Luanda, Angola, the summit aims to mobilize capital and accelerate progress on strategic infrastructure projects across Africa.

Summit Objectives

  1. Mobilise Diverse Financing: Secure public, private, and blended capital for priority projects.
  2. Enhance Project Bankability: Support early-stage preparation and risk mitigation.
  3. Foster Partnerships: Facilitate MoUs, investor commitments, and deal-making.
  4. Empower Innovators: Showcase African Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and startups in the Infrastructure Marketplace.
  5. Promote Knowledge Exchange: Share best practices and policy insights.
  6. Advance Regional Integration: Support AfCFTA through corridor development.
