AV Working Group “Education & Qualification” is addressing in particular German industrial companies that consider skills and workforce development to be crucial for the development and expansion of their business on the African continent.

For the upcoming 2nd edition we are planning to present and discuss German and international initiatives that support project implementations (also with financial means) in the field of education and qualification as e.g. Worldbank IFC Program “Vitae” and Special initiative on job creation (SI Jobs). Furthermore, we would like to share and discuss additional project ideas as e.g. market place.
