Background and objectives:
UNCTAD, under the EU-UNCTAD Joint Programme for Angola: Train for Trade II, with funding from the European Union, will organise two presential back-to-back activities in collaboration with the Regulatory Agency for Cargo Certification and Logistics of Angola (ARCCLA), Ministry of Transport (MINTRANS) and Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MINDCOM) as part of its capacity-building and training activities on PPPs.

The capacity-building and training workshop organized 6-9 June 2022 is tailored for ARCCLA’s staff on the topic of PPPs for logistics projects. Its objective is to increase ARCCLA’s institutional capacity on PPPs through building foundational knowledge and understanding of PPPs for logistics platforms projects. The activity is targeted exclusively at the staff of ARCCLA and is designed to benefit between 40 and 50 participants with various backgrounds and coming from different departments of the agency.
