The German Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Morocco (AHK Morocco) in cooperation with the Moroccan Investment and Export Development Agency (AMDIE) and the Afrika-Verein (German-African Business Association) are pleased to invite you to their webinar.

Over many years, Morocco and Germany have been key economic partners. This bilateral partnership is mainly characterized by the growth of bilateral investments. In 2019, 87 german investors were operating in the Kingdom, with a turnover of 2 billion euros generated by German companies, employing 35,000 people in the country. From 2010 to 2019, the stock of german direct investment in Morocco has increased from 0.18 to 1.32 billion euros. Also, the bilateral exports have been growing. From 2010 to 2020, german exports to Morocco increased by 38.5% from 1.35 to 1.90 billion euros. On the other hand, Moroccan exports increased by 121.8% over the same period from 0.61 to 1.37 billion euros. Numerous expanding sectors are driving this growth, including automotive, nearshoring, renewable energy and industry 4.0.
