Jessica Magnusson has over twenty years of experience in international project management, sustainable business development, and strategic cooperation. Driving high-impact projects and fostering innovation globally, mainly within the renewable energy and waste management sectors. Currently working as Senior Manager for Sustainable Business Development at Elof Hansson International AB, leading the charge in creating and implementing sustainable projects in growth markets. This role is highlighted by strategic partnerships with major corporations like Scania, enhancing system solutions for biogas and biomethane-driven vehicles.
Previously, she worked as a Senior Advisor at Sida, focusing on renewable energy initiatives in Africa within the Power Africa Team. As the Founder and CEO of JM Global AB, she spearheads international projects, driving innovation in waste management and circular economy solutions across diverse regions internationally.
With a rich background that includes leadership roles at Borås Waste Recovery AB and the Technical Research Institute of Sweden, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to sustainability and international cooperation.
Academically, she holds a master’s degree in chemical and environmental engineering from has pursued various certifications in leadership and environmental management.
