Secretary General and Treasurer

Stephen Decam is the Secretary-General of CIAN since 2008. He was born and raised for 20 years in Morocco. In 1972, he joined CFAO, a subsidiary of PPR Group. He began his career in Africa, as Managing Director in various countries: Liberia, Niger, Congo Brazzaville, Gabon, Ivory Coast and Nigeria. From 1990 to 2009, he has been Chief Operating Officer at the headquarters in France.
