EBCAM Secretariat participated at the launch of the Tchad Connexion 2030 organised by the Embassy of Chad in Belgium at the OACP office. Tchad Connexion 2030 is a national development plan aiming to mobilise up to $30 billion for 268 strategic development projects and attract foreign investors.
